Shipping Information
We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $100
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with estimated delivery times of:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Asia/Australia: 10-21 business days
Customs fees and import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website using your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in their original condition with tags attached. Some exclusions apply.
How to Return:
- Initiate your return through our Returns Portal
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include the completed return form
- Attach the prepaid return label (for US returns)
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchanges:
For size exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size. We’ll process a refund once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our online form. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items
Additional Information:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items)
- International returns may be subject to customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns
